A natural movement and breathwork class, to mobilise and strengthen your body, whilst relaxing your mind, enabling you to tap into your full huMAN potential.
These sessions will:
â Improve your flexibility, mobility, balance & strength
â Sharpen your focus and clarity
â Â Calm your mind and reduce stress
â  Reconnect with your body and spirit
â Â Feel joyful, free, and fully present
This is suitable for those who have never tried yoga before or lack confidence, working on the foundations of health first and foremost.
For those who are already more advanced in yoga, there will be options to make the practice more challenging.
